Manuscripts are evaluated in two successive steps. First, the editorial board judges the technical condition and completeness of the manuscript. When accepted, it is forwarded to the review process. The professional quality is judged by at least two experts in the given field of study. The reviewing process was open until 2014; since then, it is anonymous on both sides. The reviewer fills a review form, and by signing it declares that the review was elaborated in accordance with the ethical principles of the review process and the ethics of publication.
