PRESENTATIONS
The
papers will be allocated according to the author’s request for
oral/poster presentation, but the Organising Committee reserves
the right to reallocate them. Basically, both oral and poster
presentation are regarded as equally important.
Oral
presentations are limited to 20 minutes, including questions. We
ask that participants keep this in mind. Session chairmans will be
obliged to interrupt presentations which exceed the said time
limit. The conference hall is equipped with an over-head
projector, two slide projectors and a digital data projector
system. To use the digital data projector system, the organizers
will provide a PC with Windows and Powerpoint. Personal laptops
could be used as well, although to save time (and the hassle of
connecting equipment) the organizers highly recommend using the
provided equipment for presentations recorded earlier on CD or USB
Flash drive. Please keep in mind that the accepted language of the
conference is English.
Poster
presentation will be an essential part of the conference. The size
of the posters should not exceed 80 cm width and 120 cm in height.
All equipment and materials necessary to mount the posters will be
available on the spot. The
poster session will be held on 11. september - tuesday evening.
Therefore, it is essential, that the posters will be mounted on
the boards on wednesday afternoon, between 15.00 and 18.00. The
posters will remain on display during all of the conference and
should be removed during 14. september - friday lunch break.
